Rocky Mountain Knitters’ Retreat

“So… What’s your retreat all about? Are there classes? Workshops?” 

Well, no. That’s the whole point of this retreat, actually. At the annual Rocky Mountain Knitters’ Retreat, our itinerary includes the following: knit, relax, eat, drink, knit, relax, have some chocolate, knit, maybe get a massage, maybe do a little hike (or not), knit, take a nap, have a glass of wine, visit, rest, knit,  regroup and rejuvenate!

It’s basically all about you!  Yes, it’s just a day or two, but it’s ALL about you! This retreat is a time to step out of the grind and spend some “you-time” to get re-grounded.

I’ve tried to keep costs low and the quality high and the experience relaxing for everyone. Depending on schedule and availability, attendees can choose from a 3 night/4 day or 2 night/3 day option:

  • Dates: June 5-8, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

    Includes: Three nights lodging in a standard room, Thursday lunch and dinner, Friday and Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday Brunch.

    Pricing:
    Single Occupancy: $1024.95 total for 4 day/3 night package.

    Double Occupancy: $768.65 per person total for 4 day/3 night package.

    Tax, service charges, and tips are included.

  • Dates: June 6-8, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

    Includes: Two nights lodging in a standard room, Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday Brunch.

    Pricing:

    Single Occupancy: $727.60 total for 3 day/2 night package.

    Double Occupancy: $556.73 per person total for 3 day/2 night package.

    Tax, service charges, and tips are included.

Packages include all meals, including Alta’s Famous Sunday Brunch!

The Annual Rocky Mountain Knitters’ Retreat is having a Spring Edition in 2025!

2025 Retreat Dates: June 5 - 8, 2025

The Alta Lodge will be under construction in the fall of 2025, so we are excited to offer a spring version!

With spring’s longer days and the early colors in bloom, early June is the perfect time to refresh our energies before we launch into the activities of the summer.

Deposit, Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer:

A $100 deposit is due at time of booking.
Refunds (less a $20 cancellation fee) can be made up to the end of the month before the retreat (May 10, 2025) .
Deposit is forfeited for cancellations received after the beginning of the month of the retreat (June 1, 2025).
Payment in full due upon check out (June 8, 2025).
Please remember that this retreat is ONLY for registered knitters (not for family/friends).
